The intention of this working visit is for the Ombudsman to get to know better the organization and the facilities of the Orthopedic Pedagogical Center Aruba (het Orthopedagogisch Centrum Aruba). The visit is also meant to discuss the practical implementation of the complaint rights of minors/youth who are (forcibly) admitted, with special attention to effective access to the complaint rights at the Ombudsman.
