The intention of this working visit is for the Ombudsman to get to know better the organization and the facilities of Guard National Coast (GNC) Office (Bureau Guarda Nos Costa). The visit is also meant to discuss the practical implementation of the complaint rights of the people in detention, with special attention to effective access to the complaint rights at the Ombudsman, including situations where freedom of movement is restricted.
