The intention of this working visit is for the Ombudsman to get to know better the organization and the facilities of Respaldo FSMA (Respaldo Fundacion Salud Mental Aruba). The visit is also meant to discuss the practical implementation of the complaint rights of patients who are (forcibly) admitted, including situations where freedom of movement is restricted.
